Shipping Costs

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we regret to inform you that as of now, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of items for a refund. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we're actively exploring options to improve this aspect of our service.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are continuously working towards expanding our refund policy to include international customers in the future.

Initiating a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@vitamvivere.com to request a refund.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details, such as where to ship it too and to include the receipt with the product in its package
  4. Refunds will be initiated for products that are returned in good condition; however, if the returned product is not in satisfactory condition, we reserve the right to withhold the refund and retain the product.
  5. Note: When processing a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
